Shrimp BLT with Marie Sharp’s Belizean Season-All
- 6 slices thick apple wood bacon
- 1 ¼ pound large cooked shrimp, tails removed and halved
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing, plus more for dipping
2 tablespoon Marie Sharp’s Belizean Season-All
- 4 potato hot dog buns, toasted
- Green leaf lettuce and sliced ripe heirloom tomatoes, for serving
- Chopped chives, for serving
- In large skillet on medium, cook bacon until crisp, 5 to 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate to drain and cool.
- In large bowl, toss shrimp with ranch and Marie Sharp’s Belizean Season-All dressing until well coated.
- Line hot dog buns with
lettuce, tomatoes, and crispy bacon, then spoon in shrimp and sprinkle with
chives. Serve with more ranch dressing for dipping.
