My father was born in Belize (British Honduras then) in 1916. After graduating from St. John's College he came to the States in 1932 (on a banana boat to Cuba and then Havana, taking a train from there to Washington D.C. His godparents were the parents of George Price.
We have visited Belize many times and still have a lot of cousins there. From our first trip, we started using (and loving) Melinda's Habanero Hot Sauce. As soon as we learned that the brand had been stolen from Marie Sharp, we stopped using it, and began looking for another Habanero Hot sauce from Belize. We rejoiced when we learned of the Marie Sharp brand, and have been using her produces ever since. God Bless her, her company, and Belize. Sub umbra flores!
