Fresh hand chopped carrots, chopped white onions, natural vinegar, select red Belizean habanero pepper, freshly squeezed key lime juice, hand harvested snowy white sea salt and fresh garlic - Mindfully made in Belize, Central America.
This is the original recipe, from 1981, that started a revolution. Marie progressively added increasing amounts of pepper and soon other flavors emerged in her world famous line of pepper sauces.
Marie's sauces are revered for their balanced, clean habanero fruit bouquet, gorgeous velvety texture, and exquisite taste.
Elegant, structured, with a clean finish, because all our sauces are non-fermented: Lacking the astringency and acidity typically found in common vinegar-based hot sauces, Marie Sharp's sauces are called "Pepper Sauces" revealing the focus on the fruit or vegetable versus vinegar.
I’ve been looking for the mild sauce in every grocery store I go to…..nothing! I can’t handle the extra hot (when you’re talking about habaneros there is no need IMHO) when I figured I’d try the site. I am so happy it arrived!VERY welll packed and timel
Great hot sauce
Marie Sharp's is amazing. We eat it on everything..in soups and stews it makes the food come alive..love it 😋
We love to hear this! Thank you for the support :)
After traveling to Belize and enjoying Marie Sharp’s products there, I’ve been looking for them here in the USA. Finding them online is wonderful! These products are so good. I use the Season-All (Red Recado / Annatto / Achiote Paste) to marinade chicken. I use the hot sauce on everything (I like the Mango and Original Mild - but I haven’t tried them all). The mango has great flavor and is a little sweet. The Original has such good flavor - I like the mild so I can use more of it without the heat overpowering.
If you like the Season-All, check out the recipe blog on our website for the 'No Trouble' chicken! It is sooo yummy! There are also other recipes with ideas for the sauces you have not used yet:) Thanks so much for the great review!
This is the BEST hot sauce! It goes with everything.
My favorite for years
The mild sauce is my favorite, spicy enough but can still taste the food you are using it on. Perfect!
