Crock Pot “Buffalo” Chicken Dip
This is a great crowd pleaser.
20oz cooked chicken breast (we used 2 chicken breast halves)
2 (8 ounce) packets cream cheese
4 tsp Marie Sharp’s Red Hornet Sauce
1 1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups mild cheddar cheese
2 baguettes, sliced & toasted
Poach chicken breast until done, set aside until cool. Shred chicken and add to crock pot.
Add all remaining ingredients to crock pot except cheddar cheese.
Mix ingredients together while trying to break up cream cheese into pieces.
Add cheddar cheese on top of everything and set the crock pot to ‘low’ for around an hour, or until everything is bubbly. Stir occasionally.
