Belize’s favorite pepper sauce Marie Sharp’s has once again brought international recognition to the Jewel. On Sunday, one of the company’s many fiery pepper sauces won the best flavor and taste in the Hot Sauce Competition held at the Dubai Expo 2022. Marketing and Sales Director at Marie Sharp’s Fine Foods Ltd, Jodie Williams spoke to Love News about how the company’s Pure Mango Habanero pepper sauce was able to wow the judge and stand out among six other sauces from the Caribbean.
