Spicy Tomato and Burrata Grilled Flatbreads with Marie Sharp’s Green Habanero Pepper Sauce
Get ready to savor the perfect blend of heat, cheesiness, and freshness in every bite.
- 2 naan flatbreads
- Olive oil for brushing
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- 1 cup halved grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup fresh sweet corn
2 tablespoons Marie Sharp’s Belizean Season All
- 1 avocado sliced
- ½ cup arugula
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- * 4 tablespoons Marie Sharp’s Green Habanero Aioli
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
- Lightly brush naan with olive oil on both sides. Place naan on hot grill and grill for 3-5 minutes, flipping once half way through, or until the bread has grill marks.
- Cut burrata into chunks, and place onto warm flatbread. The cheese will start to melt. Top with tomatoes, sweet corn, hot sauce, avocado slices, and arugula.
- Drizzle with the aioli and finish with salt and black
pepper, to taste. Enjoy.
