Traditional guacamole done the Marie Sharp's spicy way.
Enjoy this as an appetizer dip or a special meal condiment.
2 large avocado peeled and pitted
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
¼ cup red onion, diced
Juice from 1 lime
¼ cup chopped cilantro (or more to taste)
3 Tablespoon Marie Sharp’s Green Hot Sauce (or more to taste)
Salt to taste
Add all ingredients, but only about half of the lime juice, to a mixing bowl and mix well to the creaminess you desire.
Adjust for lime and salt to your personal preference.
