Marie's Orange Pulp sauce is the perfect vehicle for habanero to impart amazing flavor to a traditional ceviche dish.

1 lb. extra large shrimp (or large, peeled and deveined)
¾ cup Lime Juice (fresh squeezed, 6 to 7 limes)
¼ cup Lemon juice (fresh squeezed, 1 to 2 lemons)
¼ medium red onion (finely minced)
1 tablespoon Marie Sharp’s Orange Habanero Pepper Sauce
1 cup cucumber (diced)
2 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
1 tablespoon EVOO (for coating Avocado)
1 medium avocado (diced)
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
Taste and adjust for salt and lime juice.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Garnish with cilantro.
