Avocado Toast with Egg and Marie Sharp’s Green Cactus Habanero Pepper Sauce

1 teaspoon Marie Sharp’s Green Cactus Habanero Pepper Sauce, or to taste
1 garlic clove
Sprinkling of kosher salt
4 slices of bread, toasted
4 eggs, fried
Cut avocado, half and scoop out into bowl.
Add to bowl, one clove of minced garlic.
Squeeze ½ of lime into bowl.
Sprinkle in kosher salt.
Mix the ingredients.
Add Marie Sharp’s Hot Green Habanero Pepper Sauce, slowly as mixing, for desired taste.
Spread ¼ of mixture to top of one piece of toast.
Top the avocado toast with a fried egg.
Garnish with fresh fruit on the side. Add a drop of Marie Sharp’s Green Cactus Habanero Pepper Sauce to the top of the fried egg for a little more tasty heat.
